Team Registration for Chili Cook Off

Interested in making chili for the Cook Off Competition? Here are the guidelines:

 

  • $50 entrance fee per team.

  • Each team must cook a minimum of 6 quarts of chili (must have crock pot for easy handling).

  • Chili is to be brought to the event "ready-to-eat."

  • Teams must arrive at Service Brewing Co. at 1:00 PM to set up their chili.

  • Teams can be 4-5 people. There must be at least one representative from each team at the station serve chili at all times.

  • We are looking for up to 10 teams.

  • Any toppings you feel make your chili better, you must provide.

  • South University AA Program will provide the bowls, spoons, napkins and saltines.

  • Each team is responsible for cleaning up their station at the end of the day and removing all items from Service Brewing.

  • The deadline to register and pay is Friday, February 19, 2016.

  • Bring your crockpots of chili and Good Luck!!
